The breakfast had lots of options, coffee and breads. The most important was the staff - EXCEPTIONALLY NICE and brilliantly helpful people. Its location was beautiful, just next door to a beautiful lagoon, the restaurant and the lake. Moreover, the hotel was near Los Aluxes Bacalar.

Water provided throughout the stay. Amazing location with beautiful resting areas. Swimming anytime in warm water. Highly recommended for relaxation. Well-maintained garden and exceptional customer service. Remote and peaceful location, easily accessible by taxi. Unique perspective of the cenote Esmeralda from the deck. Accommodating staff, great cocktails, and beautiful lakeside location.
